Qualifications

  

Responsibilities
  • Min. Technical High School (min. 8 years exp.), Diploma (min. 3 years exp.)
  • Able to execute design & engineering drawing and MTO
  • Excellent in Microsoft office such as; excel, word, etc
  • Excellent skill level for AutoCAD 2D, MicroStation or other Design Software.
  • Excellent skill level for Earthworks Software, such as Terra Model, Civil 3D, Civil 12D
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and also within a busy and high-performing team
  • Self-motivated, willing to work at site (if necessary)
  • Efficiently executing CAD design activities as directed by the Lead Engineer
  • Develop detail engineering drawing
  • Working with project team and project manager to ensure on-time project completion
  • Ensure all work adheres to international Engineering Standards and codes.
  • Prepare discipline Material Take Off
  • Striving to ensure quality and timely delivery of finished products to clients

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Civil (higher degree preferred)
  • Civil-Structure Engineer with 4 years experience in designing steel building structure (for mining is preferred), from loading, framing, modeling (using SAP2000 or STAADPro or other softwares), connection detailing, designing foundation includes anchor.
  • Masters International Codes/Standards such as AISC, IBC, UBC, Australian Standards; British Standards besides Local Standards (SNI)
  • Ability to develop design specifications, design basis, Engineering calculations, MTOs, datasheets and specifications including technical RFQs and TBEs.
  • Excellent English skills both verbal and writing
  • Excellent skills in MS. Excel and Word
  • Ability to work on his/her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team, willing to work at site (if assigned)
  • Designing structures
  • Making report
  • Providing sketch to designer & review drawing
  • Perform calculation based on Specification/Code
  • Report to Engineering Manager
